Our Factory floor can accommodate up to 5 living pods and 2 mechanical room pods at any given time with the ability to produce between 80-100 pods per year.

Greenstone
The pods’ envelope is constructed using Insulated Composite Envelope (ICE) Panels manufactured by Greenstone Building Products in Brandon, Manitoba. Visit gsbp.ca for more information.
These panels are made of steel and Graphite Polystyrene (GPS), both inorganic materials, providing durability, resistance to warping and cracking, and zero toxic gas emissions. The ICE Panels are also mold and mildew-resistant.
These energy-efficient homes have a tight envelope, eliminating thermal bridging, and can be up to 2.5 times more efficient than a standard 2×6 framed home.

Transport & Install
AMH’s modular units are designed for remote Arctic communities and can be delivered to any community in Canadas Arctic region.
These units are manufactured in Manitoba, trucked to Quebec, and shipped to Nunavut communities. Upon arrival they are trucked to site and lifted onto a piled or jack foundation using a loader, making them a feasible housing solution for these remote areas.
After the Pods are set in place, a small team of tradespeople completes the necessary carpentry, mechanical, and electrical connections on-site. This efficient process ensures that the homes are ready for occupancy within weeks of the base’s arrival.

Package
AMH’s units arrive at the site fully furnished with appliances and all necessary materials for on-site work. We also assist clients in handling local and regional development and building permit applications, ensuring a streamlined process for their clients.
